The Best Valentine’s Day Pop-ups 2025 – February 2025

Valentine’s is fast becoming one of the most popular events for pop-ups, especially for brands that see increased sales at this time.

We’ve scoured the globe to find a range of exciting and fun pop-ups that celebrated the day and showcased new products.

Some brands launched their pop-ups alongside research on connection and self-care, while others launched special collections and created immersive experiences.

Here are the best pop-ups that we found for Valentine’s Day 2025.

SKIMS, New York

The underwear brand founded by Kim Kardashian launched a pop up in SoHo, which was open from 23 to 26 January.

The store had a similar design to other SKIMS stores in terms of the curves and soft look, but this pop-up used pink instead of nude tones.

The SKIMS pop-up had a curated selection of items, with collections inspired by Valentine’s. This included fluffy pink slippers, leggings with hearts, and other pink and red products.

Visitors to the pop-up were able to enjoy free doughnuts and pretzels shaped as hearts, with a hot chocolate or mocha.

LEGO Le Florist, London

Covent Garden was the location for LEGO to showcase its floristry-themed Valentine’s store.

LEGO wants people to connect in real life after conducting research that found 40% of people interact with others through screens more than offline.

The florist truck is travelling the world, having been open on 7 and 8 February in London,  and is designed to evoke Paris. The space had areas to take selfies, including a floral mural and mirrored panels.

Visitors were able to browse the new Botanicals range, including Lucky Bamboo, Mini Orchid, Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet and Flower Arrangement. There were also workshops to create personalised roses and an online workshop for people not able to visit the truck, with Jeff Leatham, a celebrity florist.

Catbird, New York

Jewellery brand Catbird had pop-up events at its three stores for Valentine’s Day, on 8 February.

Each of the locations offered a different free event, though all of them offered a prize jar for customers to win a gift card.

The Rockefeller store offered an area for customers to write a love letter to someone special. Visitors to the Williamsburg store were able to get items engraved. Additionally, they sourced an artist to draw portraits of loved ones (including pets!). Finally, the store in Soho offered a range of Valentine’s Day flash tattoos.

UberEats / Love Cocoa, London

British chocolate brand Love Cocoa collaborated with UberEats for a special Valentine’s Day Break Up Box.

The idea was to help those who are single celebrate the day with treats for themselves, particularly if they were newly single. The launch coincided with research from UberEats, who suggested that 30% of single people in Britain struggled with the pressure to be coupled up on Valentine’s Day. The Break Up Box included Love Cocoa truffles, a candle and a chocolate heart that could be broken up with a small wooden hammer.

The box was available on UberEats for delivery to singleton’s doors in approximately 30 minutes.

Hôtel Mahfouf / Zalando, Paris

From 14 to 16 February, influencer brand Hôtel Mahfouf and fashion retailer Zalando held a pop-up called Room 14.

The pop-up launched a new clothing line of dresses, suits, faux fur coats and more in burgundy, black and red, along with a range of accessories. Customers were also able to buy existing items that Hôtel Mahfouf is known for, such as sweatshirts and t-shirts.

There was a special Valentine’s ceremony that couples or friends could take part in, where they had a Las Vegas wedding style “ceremony” complete with an Elvis impersonator.

Visitors could also relax at a café with pastries and drinks, and take part in some games to win a variety of prizes, including items from the new collection.

Jellycat, Singapore

Popular soft toy brand Jellycat regularly holds pop-ups to celebrate and launch new collections and Valentine’s Day is no different.

The new store in Singapore, open until the end of February, is filled with Valentine’s Day soft toys. These include the Bashful Red Love Heart Bunny, a cream bunny with floppy ears clutching a red heart, the Loulou Love Bug, a ladybird with wings shaped like a heart, and the Amusable Red Heart, a small furry heart with legs. There are also other red and pink toys, such as large red striped bunnies and octopodes with red striped tentacles.
